How to find Fairfax House

Fairfax House is located opposite the Merrion Centre on Merrion Way in central Leeds, LS2 8JU on floors 6 and 7.

From the side entrance of the Merrion Centre shopping centre, stood in front of Everyday Loans, you'll see a very tall grey building across the road with 'Fairfax House' written on the side of it. The main entrance has glass frontage, and a manned reception. There are lifts to access the floor you require.

If you're travelling by train, Fairfax House is approximately 13 minutes walk from Leeds train station. When you arrive at Leeds station, walk towards the main exit / taxi rank, near the M&S Simply Food outlet. Turn right onto New Station Street and continue until you reach the pedestrian crossing on Boar Lane. Cross the road and continue straight ahead, between Hotel Chocolat and Café Nero, all the way up Albion Street until it meets Merrion Street. Cross at the pedestrian crossing and turn right onto Wade Lane. Fairfax House is located straight ahead.

If you're driving, please use the postcode LS2 8BT for navigation. This will take you to the Merrion Centre car park. Turn right from the main entrance to the car park and then right onto Wade Lane, past Pure Gym. Fairfax House is located just 100 yards away, on the right hand side.
