How to find our Birmingham Office

Directions

The Birmingham office is located on the fifth floor of York House, Great Charles Street, B3 3JY. The entrance is situated next to Subway and the main entrance doors are black, with four steps leading up to the building. On the ground floor you will see a company named Nett.

When you arrive please press the StepChange buzzer on the panel in the foyer area. A member of the team will then let you in, you will need to take the lift to floor five. When leaving the lift turn left and press another buzzer to be let into the office.

If you're travelling by train into Grand Central Station, Snow Hill or Moor Street you need to head towards should exit onto Victoria Square. Locate the Starbucks Coffee Shop on the right hand side of the main council building. At Starbucks turn Left onto Eden Place, continue to the end of Eden Place and directly on to Margaret Street. Cross the first junction and continue on, turn left at the end of Margaret Street. onto Great Charles Street. You will see the entrance to York House on your left, if you reach Subway you have gone too far.

If you're travelling by car from the M6, take the exit for the A38 and head south-west on Aston Express Way/A38 towards A4400. Continue to follow the A38 for 0.2 miles, then use the 2nd from right lane to continue on Queensway/A38 for 0.3 miles. Use the 2nd from left lane to turn slightly left onto Great Charles Street where you'll see our offices. There is no on-site car parking, the nearest car parks are NCP on Newhall Street, Snow Hill Train station or Lionel Street car park.

Please note that the building is not accessible to wheelchair users.
