Recognising our people
Iain Kendall was the charity’s first Chief Executive and based the foundation stones of our charity on a set of values that he wanted us all to display.
Every year, we honour his memory through the Iain Kendall Memorial Awards and reward 20 colleagues who’ve demonstrated the values in the highest possible way.
Each and every nominee is put forward by colleagues, so it’s a real honour to be nominated and an absolute privilege to win.

Pay dates and payslips
We are all paid on the 28th of each month, unless the 28th falls on a weekend or a bank holiday, in which case we’re paid the last working day before that.
We use electronic payslips which can be accessed via an online portal. The login details you will use will be emailed to you via your work email the day before your first payment.
